According to Judy, the unexpected joy came soon after she and her husband move to the Reserve in 2018. They were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpful spirit of the residents. In just a few short years, Judy says they have become like extended family whom she looks forward to seeing at weekday continental breakfasts.

Judy joined the board to get involved at the community and to learn about a not-for-profit board function. Judy has learned a great deal and she has been a part of the transformation of the community to a new rental option from buy-in as well as a change over to new management company, Certus Living.

Sue moved to The Reserve in 2016. The boutique size allows residents to get to know one another and the family atmosphere makes it comfortable to adjust to community living. In her five years, Sue has experienced many new friendships and a wonderful spirit of cooperation and willingness among residents to help one another. Sue finds the staff to always be friendly, helpful and willing to assist with any of her needs.

One of Sue’s favorite perks is the transportation that is provided for grocery shopping and doctors appointment. Sue enjoys the exercise room, library, craft room and game room. She also enjoys the cozy coffee shop and large formal dining room for parties. Sue is a member of the board and committed to enhancing life for current and future residents of The Reserve.

I’ve called the Reserve of Geneva home for almost five years. The apartments are spacious (huge walk-in closets) and the optional underground parking is great year round. Lots of activities you can either join or not, transportation to local appointments, and a great meal program, but the best thing about living here is the people!! So welcoming, friendly and supportive. Best decision I made was to sell the house and move here.

The Reserve is in a great location, walking distance to shopping, medical facilities across the street, half mile from hospital, paved walking trails and more. The Reserve is a small facility and ultra friendly. It’s like a big family with everyone willing to help you at the drop of a hat. Have made several good friends here. Lots of activities something going on all the time. I thank my lucky stars to have become a resident at the Reserve 3 years ago.

I looked for an independent living facility for weeks. When I went to The Reserve off Geneva I literally knew that was the place. The apartments are modern with balconies. The common areas are plentiful and beautiful. But the real selling point are the people. You feel as if you have known them forever. If you are looking for your next home, be sure to check it out.

I had the pleasure of touring The Reserve of Geneva with Renae. It is a bright and cheery community with friendly staff. The Reserve is a great option for older adults who would like to be in an independent living apartment but still have amenities such as dining options, social events, and a fitness room (just to name a few). There are also many different apartment options to choose from!

I was delighted to visit The Reserve of Geneva, tour this lovely 55+ community and learn about all they have to offer. Apartments are spacious, affordable, and rent monthly. This community is clean and cozy with added amenities of a theater, game room, salon, underground parking and more. I highly recommend that you check out The Reserve!
