The Reserve of Geneva Welcomes Eric Dixon as Director of Culinary

We’re beyond thrilled to welcome Chef Eric to The Reserve as our Director of Culinary! Here’s what he had to say about joining our wonderful team: 

“I’m excited about starting up the dining program at The Reserve and providing residents with tasty and nutritional food options. The vision of our program is to offer a multi-faceted cuisine experience that includes unique meal choices and a hospitality-focused approach.

In addition to nourishing our residents with high-quality food, our dining program provides opportunities for residents to share meals together in a restaurant-like setting. It also offers a private dining experience where residents can eat with their friends and family in a more intimate setting.
Prior to joining the team at The Reserve, I have worked in several different restaurants and learned about food preparation and sourcing ingredients. More recently, I have been involved in catering private events and personal chef experiences. The combination of these experiences has led me to my role at The Reserve. I’m excited about developing a new program from scratch and having the responsibility of creating something that will be unique to The Reserve.

In my free time, I am an avid traveler. My favorite activity is white water rafting. I have been on over 25 white water rafting trips and look forward to more adventures.”
